Part of a creative hub alongside Freestone Studios, Kingsland offered 18,000 sq ft of light industrial workspace just behind Temple Meads. With 24/7 access and a mix of clean, affordable units, it attracted a bold mix of fashion labels, digital creatives, product designers — and even boutique caravan accommodation.
