Deben House

Location: 1–5 Lawrence Hill, Bristol, BS5 0BY
Deben House was a bright and characterful four-storey workspace just outside Bristol’s city centre. With 9,000 sq ft of flexible studios, shared spaces, and basement workshops, it attracted a lively mix of makers, creatives, and entrepreneurs.
Originally a YMCA training centre, the building offered practical facilities, lots of natural light, and plenty of personality — a key part of Meanwhile Creative’s early expansion into East Bristol.
