Location: 100 Lincoln Street, Lawrence Hill, BS5 0BJ
A two-storey, 10,000 sq ft warehouse with an industrial aesthetic and a strong community spirit. Originally home to a mix of makers and musicians, the building is now fully let to our friends at Pirate Studios, who operate a network of soundproofed rehearsal spaces within the subdivided units.
