Paradiso Authentic Italian was born during the first UK lockdown in 2020. When a career in the arts came to a grinding halt, Mattia Paradiso decided to get creative and chose to pursue a long -held ambition- the dream of bringing the best quality, authentic Italian desserts to UK. Starting in a small kitchen at home and after a successful crowdfunding, Paradiso produces his goods from a unit in Pollard Yard and is now a big part of the Manchester Start-Up community.
