Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant

Join our team!

We are looking for a hardworking, confident and driven Executive Assistant with excellent attention to detail and a professional manner to join our small team.

About You

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, a confident communicator and able to multitask.

About the Role

To begin with you will be working closely with the Administration and Lettings Managers in a range of office-related tasks including keeping systems up to date during tenancy changes, managing enquiries and setting up and conducting viewings as well as various office duties to assist the whole team and occasionally running errands.

There is a view to progress into a more demanding role that involves all aspects of the tenancy cycle which will allow you to take ownership of this within all Bristol buildings.

Hours: Full time (Monday – Friday 0900-1700)
Location: Bristol,
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible
