Phase Two of Pollard Yard Set to Launch

After the success of the initial phase, we’ve been granted permission to forge ahead with phase 2 of our Manchester, Ancoats shipping container village, Pollard Yard.

This second phase sees us launch with an additional 65 containers now with high speed fibre internet – providing studios and office spaces for Manchester’s burgeoning creative community.

“As an independent creative, the atmosphere is just right for inspiration and collaboration and I can’t wait for the next round of business owners to move in and grow our community further.”

Gemma Thirsk, current Pollard Yard tenant and founder of GEM Design Studio
