Meanwhile Creative Curator Job Role – Cardiff

Meanwhile Creative was founded in 2011 to provide affordable and flexible work space to Bristol’s creatives, small businesses and freelancers. We now operate four properties across the city with around 200 tenants using our buildings. 



We are now expanding outside of our home city, our next project will be in Cardiff. We seek a motivated individual who will act as the building ‘curator’. They will initially help with the set-up then once established they will ensure the smooth running of the project ongoing. 

The job role will include but not be limited to: 

Tenant Tasks: 
• Meeting and networking with tenants 
• Organising regular informal events 
• Ensuring tenants are working safely 
• Discussing ongoing issues and reporting up 
• Conducting viewings 
• Signing-up new tenants 

Facilities Tasks: 
• Painting 
• Putting up signage 
• Weekly maintenance checks 
• Emptying bins 
• Stocking the kitchen 
• Meeting and liaising with contractors 

This contract is for 14 hours per week, split over two days. It is remunerated at £15,000/annum pro-rata. It might suit a creative person who would benefit from having a studio space in the building.
