We’re on the hunt for an experienced Site Manager for our new and exciting shipping container project, Pollard Yard in Ancoats, Manchester.

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, organised and efficient to be able to drive Pollard Yard forward managing everything from facilities and maintenance through to sales and lettings.

You’ll ideally have experience in a property management/sales/lettings background and are now looking for somewhere where you can work independently and autonomously, spread your wings and play an instrumental part in developing the Meanwhile Creative brand.

You will act as the face of Meanwhile Creative in Manchester, you must be friendly, approachable and always keen to help. Excellent communication skills are essential as this role is predominantly focused on building positive relationships with prospective and existing tenants.

About the Role

You will take a leading role in coordinating and managing every aspect of Pollard Yard, creating a strong and well run creative community and ensuring smooth transition as this community grows.

Hours: Part time, 3, days a week (22.5 hours)
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 pro rata, per annum + OTE/bonus
Start date:     As soon as possible
