Meanwhile in Bristol: Free Days Out in Bristol

Free days out in Bristol

Now that it’s officially the Summer holidays, you might be in need of some free days out in Bristol. Not only are we spoiled for choice in the city, we also have some pretty cool things to do a short journey away too. Here are some of our favourite free things to do.

Abbots Pool

Abbots pool is just a short journey away from the centre. On a sunny day it’s the perfect escape from town.

There is always something thought-provoking to see at the Arnolfini – it makes for a great free day out.

Arnos Vale

There isn’t anywhere else quite like Arnos Vale. The 19th-century cemetery has a cafe and regular events. It makes for an interesting walk too.

The view from the top of Cabot Tower is one of the best views in the city, it’s well worth the climb.

Harbourside Walk

There is always a good atmosphere around the harbourside in the summer, and plenty of places to stop and grab an ice cream too.
