Somehow, it’s already been a whole year since we opened the doors of Lincoln Street Warehouse. After getting our hands on the building, we painted, built and assembled until 10,000 square feet of shiny new workshop space was complete. Guess what? It’s time to do it all again.

This time, we’ve found ourselves another 10,000 square feet of warehouse space behind Temple Meads train station, Bristol. The project, a.k.a Freestone Studios, will be open for viewings mid-November. It will be shipshape and ready to house a lovely new bunch of creatives in early December.

You’ll be able to access Freestone Studios 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to park, we can arrange a parking space. As per, we’ll be offering monthly-rolling contracts for those that just want to test the water. If you need a bit of security, we can also make long-term arrangements.

OK – so it’s patchy in places. But it wouldn’t be a project without a bit of a challenge. Remember what we did to Meanwhile House Cardiff?

Prices for Freestone Studios will start from £200 per month. The larger the space, the better the value. We currently plan to offer the ground floor for exclusive possession. The first floor will be divided into an assortment of workshop spaces with simple walls made from OSB.

Whether you’re an illustrator, a carpenter, a painter, a computer technician or a chocolatier – we can help you find the perfect space. We have no set criteria for our tenants. As long as you’re happy to meet new people and work in a busy, creative hub, you’ll do just fine.

It doesn’t end there. Freestone Studios forms part of a larger site, including two further buildings due to be launched in the early part of 2017. Once complete, the project will be one of Bristol’s largest creative workspaces. Dozens of studios, offices and workshops will provide space for hundreds of individuals and businesses.
