The latest addition to the Meanwhile portfolio is a bit of change to the status quo. Not content with affordable offices and studios, we’ve gone and got some pretty exciting industrial space in Lawrence Hill.

We’ve already leased the ground floor to our good friends Pirate Studios who have built six soundproof rooms for band rehearsal and recording. That leaves the 5,000 square feet of warehouse space pictured on the first floor, a double-width staircase means access isn’t too tricky.

It’s a bit rough around the edges but that’s undoubtedly part of the charm, the low hanging beams and exposed brick work give it an attractive, industrial aesthetic.
