A small-medium sized private space on the ground floor of Kingsland Studios. With a light industrial aesthetic, it would best suit a hands-on maker or creative project. It benefits from being self contained with plenty of natural light.
Size 240 ft2
Kingsland Studios is an 18,000 square foot multi-purpose workspace in St Philips, an industrial area of Bristol.
The ground floor offers large, light industrial warehouse spaces. The first floor is split into a number of office-style units ranging from 100-600 sq ft.
Owing to the variety of different types of spaces available, Kingsland Studios is home to lots of different businesses, from fashion labels and bike builders, to online retailers and digital marketers.
Launched in spring 2017, Kingsland Studios forms part of a larger site, which also includes another Meanwhile Creative project, Freestone Studios.
Together they form one of Bristol’s largest creative hubs, with dozens of studios, offices and workshops providing space for hundreds of people.
Entry to the building is with a key code. Each studio has either a lock and key or a key code.
There is no lift up to the first floor, but the stairwell is wide.
Kingsland Studios is tucked behind Bristol Temple Meads near to Motion Skate Park. Just a mile from the M32 and less to the Bath and Wells roads, the site is well placed for coming in and out of Bristol from both the north and south.
Public transport links are second to none with the city’s main train station just minutes away on foot.
