Studio 17, Freestone Studios

£550.00 pcm

Bristol, BS20QN

Description

One of the largest options in Freestone Studios and also the best value. Whilst the studio doesn't have natural light, it is really large, secure and boasts an attractive warehouse aesthetic thanks to bare brick walls and a concrete floor. As the space isn't open topped, it makes for an ideal photography studio. We are taking precautions and following government guidelines, offering minimal contact viewings and and video tours. Whilst we would usually ask that you view a space in person, you can currently take a space after viewing the video tour alone.

More about the building

Launched in spring 2017, Freestone Studios is made up of two floors which are sub-divided into smaller, light industrial units with simple walls made from OSB.

The warehouse forms part of a larger site which also includes another Meanwhile Creative project, Kingsland Studios.

Together they form one of Bristol’s largest creative workspaces with dozens of studios, offices and workshops providing space for hundreds of people.

Access

Entry to the building is with a key code. Each studio has either a lock and key or a key code.

The ground floor has a loading bay which can be used for 15 minutes at a time.

There is no lift up to the first floor, but the stairwell is wide.
