Studio 2a, Freestone Studios

£125.00 pcm

Bristol, BS20QN

A sub-divided, shared space on the first floor of Freestone Studios. You'll be sharing with three other creatives, making this a great option for those who like to work in the company of others. Two walls are made with OSB and there is a window for natural light, making the space great for light industrial or messier work. There are a number of power sockets for those in need of electrical equipment, as well as a radiator. We are taking precautions and following government guidelines on social distancing, offering minimal contact viewings and video tours. Whilst we would usually ask that you view a space in person, you can currently take a space after viewing the video tour alone.

More about the building

Launched in spring 2017, Freestone Studios is made up of two floors which are sub-divided into smaller, light industrial units with simple walls made from OSB.

The warehouse forms part of a larger site which also includes another Meanwhile Creative project, Kingsland Studios.

Together they form one of Bristol’s largest creative workspaces with dozens of studios, offices and workshops providing space for hundreds of people.

24/7 access.

Entry to the building is with a key code. Each studio has either a lock and key or a key code.

The ground floor has a loading bay which can be used for 15 minutes at a time.

There is no lift up to the first floor, but the stairwell is wide.

Freestone Studios is just off Gas Lane, tucked behind Bristol Temple Meads near to Motion Skate Park. Just a mile from the M32 and less to the Bath and Wells roads, the site is well placed for coming in and out of Bristol from both the north and south.
