The countdown is on. After months of anticipation, we’re preparing to open the gates to St Saviours Yard – and a select few will get an exclusive first look at Norwich’s newest creative workspace.
This early-access event is invite-only and strictly limited to just 300 guests, giving you the chance to walk the site before anyone else, explore the container studios, and speak directly with the team behind the project.
With over 500 expressions of interest already submitted and only 63 spaces available in Phase One, demand has been overwhelming – and it’s clear that Norwich’s creative community is more than ready for something like this.
For those lucky enough to receive an invite, this is your chance to get ahead of the crowd, take a proper look around, and picture your setup in a space that’s being built for makers, doers, and bold ideas.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be able to walk through the site and see how it’s shaping up – from the stacked container studios to the communal spaces that will bring this creative community together.
Several units will be open for you to step inside, so you can properly visualise how the space might work for you. Whether you’re after a light-filled artist’s studio, a compact office, or a ground-floor unit with retail potential, you’ll be able to picture it coming to life. We’ll also be on hand to talk through sizing, pricing, availability, and how the studios can be customised to suit your needs.
Adding to the atmosphere, a mural will be painted live throughout the day, bringing even more colour and energy to the site. It’s a great opportunity to see the creative spirit of the space in action – and maybe even meet some of your future neighbours while you’re at it.
We’ll also have printed info packs ready for you to take home, with all the details on how to apply for a space and what comes next.
St Saviours Yard has been designed with flexibility in mind, welcoming a mix of artists, makers, designers, small businesses, and independent retailers. If you’re someone who thrives in a space that’s both practical and full of personality – this could be just the place for you.
We’ve already had over 400 expressions of interest, and while we’re thrilled with the response, there’s still time to get involved. Units are still available to rent as part of Phase One, launching this autumn, and Phase Two, which will follow shortly after.
We’re incredibly proud to be delivering St Saviours Yard in partnership with Norwich City Council. This is about more than just workspace – it’s about breathing new life into an underused site and creating a new home for the city’s growing creative community.
If you’ve been following the journey and wondering what St Saviours Yard will look and feel like in real life, this is your chance to find out.
Visit our site to register your interest and book your slot at our open doors event. But don’t delay, time is ticking and places are filling up fast!
