About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, organised and efficient to be able to drive Meanwhile House Cardiff to the next level managing everything from facilities and maintenance through to sales and lettings.

You’ll ideally have experience in a property management/sales/lettings background and are now looking for somewhere where you can work independently and autonomously, spread your wings and play an instrumental part in developing the Meanwhile Creative brand.

You will act as the face of Meanwhile Creative in Cardiff, you must be friendly, approachable and always keen to help. Excellent communication skills are essential as this role is predominately focused on building positive relationships with prospective and existing tenants. You will also be required to keep a constant stream of communication between all of the tenants and the Meanwhile team to successfully manage both retention and the community as a whole.

About the Role

You will take a leading role in coordinating and managing every aspect of Meanwhile House Cardiff which is already a well-established creative community. The building and ancillary workspaces are due to benefit from an exciting expansion as phase 2 of our Cardiff Containers project is soon to be launched and you will be play a key role in determining its success.

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 per annum + OTE/bonus
